Question

Hi,I'm going to arrive at T3 from Vienna, 6 hours later I'm going to departure from T2 to Hanoi.How is the transfer working between the Terminal 3 and 2.Is it a straight transfer or border control - check out - check in - border control?Is there any visa required?Thanks in Advance

1. You may take a free shuttle bus to T2 from Gate 8, T3 (about 8 minutes). 2. Yes, upon landing, you may go to T2 via the air bridge or a shuttle bus. If you hold the connecting flight boarding pass, just confirm the boarding gate, and follow the guiding signs for the transfer circuit to head for right boarding gate. If not,  go to the Transfer Counter on 3F to handle boarding procedures. You need to go through immigration, security check, and customs inspection before boarding.3. You are eligible to the 24h visa-free policy, so no visa is needed.
