Question

Currently very stressed/overworked with the work load. Now I just founf out I'll be taking on more work load. Planning to move to another company by June since I cant juggle the wedding preps and extra work load. Is this recommended?

Nina, it is not recommended to change for job this year. Actually, heavy work load can do a great help in improving your work abilities, which is good for your later career. If you really feel the work occupies too much of your life, you'd better put off your job-changing plan to the second half of the year.
