Can I visit mainland China after going to Taiwan?

Hi,

I plan to visit mainland China but beforehand I really want to visit Taiwan. I'm familiar with Chinese Visas and how they work as I've been to China quite a few times so that's not a concern. I can get that sorted however, my only concern is that if I have a Taiwan stamp in my passport will this be an issue when I want to enter mainland China?

If I could get an answer ASAP that would be great. (I'm also a UK citizen and realised there's no specific visa required for Taiwan; only for mainland China).

Thanks!

Christina, don’t worry! After you visit Taiwan, if your visa to mainland PRC is valid, you can visit PRC. The Taiwan stamp on your passport won’t be an issue.
