Stop to visit beijing on 9 april 2016 - 20 hours

I arrive at the international airport at 10 am and would like to visit the Great Wall first. Which is the nearest part of the wall? Would like to rent a taxi from the airport for half a day, to drive me after visiting the Wall back to Beijing. I have accommodation near the Forbidden City. What taxi do you recommend. Thank you
