About:China Work Visa

S1 Visa to Z

I have a z type and my husband he has s1. Both of us we got our Chinese resident permit for one year and we live in Shenzhen.

If my husband finds a job can he changes his S1 type to Z without leaving China?

Yes, it's possible to change your husband's S1 to Z type without leaving PRC. He can ask the company which hires him to provide all the required documents for the Z type first and then go to the exit and entry administration division of the local PSB to change it.
