free transit in Shanghai, can I get it?

Have singre entry Visa to China Shanghai. Want to go Thailand for 6 days and then back Shanghai for 72 hours free transit. Can I get the free transit

Hansen, if after transiting in Shanghai, you will fly to a third country ro region instead of Thailand, you can get the free transit in Shanghai.
