About:China Visa

a new zealand travel document holder transits in CAN

my dad is travelling to Ho chi minh city but have to transit via CAN Guangzhou for 3 hours. does he need a transit visa

Leng, he doesn’t need it because he just transits for 3 hours in CAN, he qualify for the 24 hour direct transit in CAN.
