About:Guangzhou South Railway Station

Is ShenZhen, ShenZhen North & West station the same? Which is more conveneint to travel to HKG?

They are not the same. There should has no rail connection between Shenzhen and HK. You may take the MTR from Lo Wu (closer to Shenzhen station) to HK.
