About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I want to change employer. But current company may not cooperate for the documentation to transfer.

Hi, I am having a valid work permit and Residence visa. However, I want to change employer. But current company may not cooperate for the documentation to transfer it to new employer (the release letter etc.).
What you suggest?

You can try to confer with your current employer on the resignation matters again. But if he doesn’t cooperate, you can find a lawyer and then ask the lawyer to help you.
