Visa for Peruvian citizen

I am from Peru, I was told that I can get VOA in Macau, is it right? I also want to visit Hong Kong and mainland China, is it possible to get a multiple entry VOA?
Thanks.

Yes, you can get the VOA for Macao.
It's impossible to get a multiple entry VOA, but you entry a 30-day free entry to Hong Kong.
If you want to enter mainland, you should apply for an entry permit ahead of your trip.
