I have a residence in china ,i apply for my family's visa s1 in jordan feb14 i got a receipt from the embassy and shows that i will get my passport on feb17 2016 but until now i didn't get my family's passport
.what can i do , by the way when i ask they no give any reply just they say wait or take back your family's passport without S1 type.
