Transport from Hongqiao Railway Station to Pudong Airport.

I am traveling from Taizhou in Zhejiang via Hongqiao Train Station en route to Pudong airport. I arrive in at 8:15pm and would like to go by metro to the airport as I find this the easiest route. However, I am unsure if I would be able to make it to Guanglan Road before 22:00 so as to make the last connection. Do you think this would be possible?
