L visa extension 2016

Hi guys, has anyone been able to extent their L type in twice this year (2016)? What documents did they ask you to provide? In which city?
I have a 30 days L type single entry with 3 months validity .. Please please help... I'm desperate ,so many different informations online ..I would love to find somebody who has actually done it .

Although I haven’t extended L type twice in 2016, I have heard that one can probably extend it twice.
The required documents include the passport, valid temporary accommodation registration form, the application form, a passport-style photo, proof of your hotel reservation, travel itinerary and airline tickets, and other materials the consular officers consider necessary.
The situation is almost the same in every city.

Thank you for the answer.. Do you know what the travel itinerary consist of ? I mean what type of documents should I show for the travel itinerary

You can provide a rough travel plan. It mainly consits of the places you intend to visit and the dates of the visits.
