Time it takes for a Taxi From Beijing Airport to Forbidden City?

Hello, I'm landing at 3 PM on a Thursday, does anyone know how long with traffic it would take from the airport to a hotel in the Forbidden City? It's 28 KM (18 miles) but I've heard traffic can be horrible? Without traffic Google maps is saying 37 minutes.
