Sultan, if you go to PRC for tourism purpose, you need to contact with the embassy and ask if you can apply for individual tourist L type in Malaysia because when you apply for it in your home country, individual tourist to PRC is not accepted.
If you cannot apply for individual tourist L type from there, you need to book a tour from a travel agency and then the travel agency will apply for a group tourist L type for you.0
