Visiting China to search for Potential Suppliers

Hello,
I'm an Iraqi and a resident here in UAE. I am planning to visit China for the first time to seek potential suppliers for my newly formed business (mainly motorcycle tyres and accessories). Appreciate your truthful answers to my below questions. Thank you in advance.

1. What kind of visa do I need? Can I possibly apply for it without an invitation from any business entity/individual?
2. If I get a tourist L type, can I legally do business in China during the period of visit?
3. Any helpful suggestions of best suppliers in China for tyres and motor/car accessories. Locations, business integrity/dealings and the like.

Thank you all in advance for your insights.

1. Kamit, the invitation letter is necessary if you want to apply for business M type. If you cannot get the invitation letter, you can apply for a group tourist L type.
2. You can probably do business in PRC if you enter with a group tourist L type, but it’s not free for you because it requires everyone to follow the tourist group. In this case, you cannot travel by yourself.
3. you can find many big wholesale markets for motor accessories in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. Among them, one is located at East of Songgang Road in Baiyun District.
