From the college, there is no direct way to the sunflower garden, and you are suggested to take a taxi, and the fare is about CNY170.

If you prefer an economical way, you can take the bus No. 678 from the college to Xinghai Park, and then walk another 50 yards to take the No. 142 from Xinghai Park to Xinken Station. Getting off the bus, walk south straight for another 1.2 miles, you will reach the garden.
