About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

can I apply for chinese program in any chinese university or Polytechnic college?

Please I want to apply for a chinese program in china because I wanna learn chinese for a maximum of 1 year and am 28years old, And lastly how does Residence permit cost? Please reply Asap

Ralph, you can apply for it in any Chinese university.
A one-year residence permit will cost CNY 400.
