Dear. I have a z visa. now working in Dongguan china. so I like to get my family to here.

but my wife's have a baby from before marriage. now she's divorced From before marriage. can I get my wife with she's baby?
Using divorce certificate?

If you want to invite your wife and this baby to PRC, your wife should present your marriage certificate and the baby's birth certificate. If the baby's birth certificate is not enough, your wife may need to go to a local office to ask for a relationship certificate between the baby and you.

If I get a visa for my wife and baby.
1)How long can stay here to them? 2) and need I apply new visas to them or can they come to china under my Z visa?

You need to get new visas for them, specifically, the S type. If they enter with an S1 type, they can stay for a quite long time just like you. If they enter with an S2 type, they can stay for no longer than 180 days, depending on the allowed stay duration on their visas.
