Is the 72-hour free-visa transit applicable for a US green card holder from the Philippines?

Russel, no, it’s not applicable to US green card holders from Philippines. But if Philippines passport holders just transit in PRC for less than 24 hours in total, the 24 hour direct transit is available and no entry permit is required either.
