About:Air China Limited

Check in at the AirPort since online doesn't work

I booked my travel with Air China via Supersaver.
I will fly tomorrow March 26th at 12:39 from Dusseldorf to Manila with a 14,5 hour layover at Bejing.
I can't check in online since the website doesn't accept my mobile phone number. The customer service on the phone was a tape that said that I couldn't be helped.
So I guess I have to check in at the airport instead of online.
How long before fly time do I have to be checked in??
I can't find the answer..
Hope you can help me quickly since evidently I'm in kind of a hurry.

Have you checked in smoothly? Normally, you should be at the airport around 2 hours before the departure time. The check-in will always be stopped 45 minutes in advance.

I still wasn't able to check in online, no.
Entering my mobile phone just doesn't work.
I am on my way now. but I will probably be there 1,5 hours before flight time.
Will that be on time??

I'm sorry to hear that you can't check in online, thus you will have to check in at the airport directly. 1.5 hours is really tight for check-in. Please hurry up.
