why the lunar date on your website provided doesn't tally with the lunar date on my phone calendar?

I was checking for my friend when is lunar 1st Aug this year and ur website shows its 4th of September but my friend corrected me that it's actually 3rd September as showed in the phone lunar calendar. So which is which and why it's different?
