About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hello there, do I need to apply for another tourist visa to Japan?

I'm a Colombian citizen studying in China, I wish to visit Japan within the next two months, I have been to Japan before so I had a tourist entry permit (already expired).
1. Do I have to get another tourist visa or Do I just have to renew the one I have?.
2. As there's no Japanese embassy/consulate in my city, do I have to to go personally to the embassy or can o just do the process by mail?

Thank you very much ;)

Mario, I’m afraid you need to get another one to visit Japan.
As far as I know, you need to submit your application through a travel agency designated by the Japanese embassy. May I know which city you live in now? So I can find out which consulate general you should go.

Dear, if so, you should apply for it at the consulate general of Japan in Chongqing because Yunnan belongs to its consular district.
