About:China Visa

10 year Chinese visa for Canadians, 60 days per entry but I want 90 days!? How to get it?

So,I read about mutual visa agreement between China and Canada about issuance of 10 year entry permits.
I also read one can not get more then 60 days per entry.
can i press for 90 days and if so, will the entry permit still be valid 10 years or they will give me less, like for instance 2 years as I heard?

Dear, as you said, you know that one cannot get more then 60 days per entry when applying for 10-year tourist L type. So I’m afraid you cannot get 90-day stay duration.
I’m afraid that if you re-apply and get 90-day stay duration, the L type won’t be a 10-year one anymore.
Actually, you can apply for an extension after you enter PRC if you want to stay for more than 90 days after your entry.

Once ,few years ago,I remember I got 90 tourist L type one entry.
The consul had a good day back then.
I heard maximum duration for L type could be only 90 days.
That s what I was hoping and referring.
