i wish to travel from hanoi to beijing - harbin-moscow - by rail

Question

How can I reserve and buy rail tickets from Hanoi to Beijing that has a sleeper?  From Beijing to Harbin what train has a sleeper and finally can I buy a ticket at the local rail station at Harbin for Moscow or should I have this all booked and paid for in Beijing?

Hi, as I know the direct ride to Beijing seems no longer available. You may need a sleeper trip from Hanoi to Nanning and then from Nanning to Beijing. For the Hanoi to Nanning trip, you may buy it in Hanoi or online via an agent. I read from this website that they can do the Nanning-Beijing-Harbin trips. For the Moscow trips, it should be OK both in Beijing or Harbin.
