How can apply for a Japanese transit visa and what kind of documents shall I submit

Hi, I am from Colombia and I am studying in Beijing -China. I booked a flight ticket from Beijing to Los Angeles, but this flight has a connection in Tokyo - Japan, I will arrive at Narita airport and I will departure from Haneda airport, so I would like to know how can apply for a transit permit or what shall I do.
