How can I go from PVG International Airport to Renaissance Yu Garden Hotel at Putuo.

Please suggest Rail / Bus / taxi commute options.

Actually, Renaissance Yu Garden Hotel and Renaissance Putuo Hotel are two different ones.
Which one do you refer to?
If it's Renaissance Yu Garden Hotel, take subway line 2 at the airport, get off at East Nanjing Road Station, Exit 3. Then walk south along Middle Henan Road around 0.8 miles (1.3 kilometers).
If it's Renaissance Putuo Hotel, take Maglev Train at PVG, get to Longyang Road Station. Then transfer to subway line 7 to Fenggao Road Station, Exit 4. After that, walk west around 200 yards (190 meters).
