"Travelling from Hotel Renaissance 海口万丽酒店 to Longgun 龙滚镇 by taxi possible? and the charges?

It is impossible to take taxi. You can take intercity bus from Haikou East Railway Station to Wanning Railway Station, then take taxi to your destination.
