Work Visa application, what documents are requierd?

Hi Sher! Here is the check list:
1. A passport of the applicant which is valid for at least six months
2. A copy of the photo page of the passport
3. A filled-out application form affixed with a bare-headed photo against white background
4. A Alien Employment License
5. An invitation letter from a duly authorized unit
If you do the application for the UK citizen at Malaysia, you should also present his or her residence permit in ML.
