can i get a visa on friday for a sunday entry to Shenzhen? coming from hongkong

Amy, if you apply for it from HK or your home country, it's possible to get it on Friday and then enter Shenzhen on Sunday. If you want to get the VOA for Shenzhen, you must apply for it on the same day you enter. However, for what I know, Filipinos cannot get Shenzhen VOA currently.0
