Shanghai Public transp. card

Can I use this on Suzhou and Hangzhou buses and metro?

Well, only green, yellow and red ordinary transportation smart card can be used on the public buses in Suzhou and several taxis in Hangzhou. According to this, I'm afraid that you cannot use it on subways in those two cities.
