About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

British passport holder

Hello,
I am a British Passport holder. I have a confirmed ticket to go to Hong Kong 3 days after, can I use the 144 hour transit in Shanghai? My airline said I can. Also, is it different if you have dual citizenship or dual nationality?
Many thanks!
Dee

Dee, you are eligible for the 144-hour free transit.

The rule does apply to those who have dual citizenship. You should enter and exit with the passport which is eligible for the free transit policy.
