Can I take a shuttle bus from Baiyun airport to Jiangmen or Kaiping?

1.If yes, do they drop passengers at their respective hotels or just at a bus terminal.
2.Can I book guided tour to Kai Ping Diaolou from Hotels?

There is a shuttle bus from the airport to Jiangmen. You can find this bus at Gate-A5 Arrival Lobby. It will stop at the bus terminal.

1.May I know what time is the last trip to jiangmen from GZ airport as my flight will arrives after 9.00pm.
2.can i get tour guides&transportation to visit Kaiping "diaolou" from any hotel?

The last two buses depart from the airport at 22:00 and 22:50. You can take either of them. Most of hotels offer day tours. You can contact your hotel directly or find a reliable agent.
