About:China High Speed Train

Can i go from Shenzhen to Shanghai on a bullet train, and how long would it take?

Also, how far is the train station in Shanghai from the airport?

Hi, there are some fast D types a day between Shenzhen and Shanghai which take about 12 hours for the trip. They all stop at Shanghai Hongqiao railway station which is close to Hongqiao airport. But if you are looking for Pudong airport there did have some distance between. Usually it will take more than 1 hour even if you take the taxi. Maybe 2 hours for transfer would be better.
