About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

use of 144 hour visa

we are flying from Amsterdam to Taipei stay in Taipei for one day and then from Taipei to Shanghai stay in Shanghai for 5 days and then from Shanghai to Amsterdam. Can I use the 144 hour free transit ?
