Any wheelchair services to Hong Kong Big Buddha?

After taking a cable car, is there any wheelchair services provided for elderly to the Big Buddha?

As I know, the scenic area doesn't provide wheelchair service. I'm afraid that you need to prepare the wheelchair by yourself.
