Pawel, I’m afraid you cannot enjoy the 144 hour free transit because after your transit in PVG, you fly back to HEL, but according to the 144 hour policy, you should fly to a third country to region different HEL. If after your transit in PVG, you fly back to WAW directly, you can use the free transit.
