How many people in a taxi in Shanghai?

Hello. How many people can we put i a taxifrom the airport to the city? Is 5 ok? 2 ad + 3 kids?

Usually, one cab can only hold 4 passengers. But if you have a baby among the kids, just negotiate with the driver and he/she may allow you all to share one. Otherwise, you may need to hail two which may be more convenient if you have many luggage.

There seems no official cab vans, but if you wanna travel together. Go to the 1st of Ramada Hotel near the airport, where you can find the service counter of China Auto Rental. They can arrange a trnsfer service. And you can also book the transfer service in advance through an agency like Travel China Guide, which I used in the year of 2014.
