About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.
Can a resident of Virginia, go to a New York Chinese Embassy to get their Visa?
or they have to go to D.C.?

Hi Isaac, you have to go to the embassy in D.C. to submit the application. The New York consulate won't accept your application.
