About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I live in Florida 7 months and in Virginia the rest of the year. My daughter, son-in-law and two

Minor grandsons are going on a Sinorama Holidays tour to China. Can I get my Chinese visa from the Chinese Embassy in Washington D.C. as this is where we will be flying from? We would be getting visas together as a family. Thanks
