zhuhai jiuzhou port to guangzhou

Question

I am travelling from Hong Kong to ZH and will stay there for 1 night. I want to travel to Guangzhou for Chimelong Safari Park. Could you suggest me how I can go? I prefer to go by train. I see I have to go to the Gongbei Port, but do I have to exit China?

The train station is near Gongbei port in China mainland side and you don't need to exit mainland. From Jiuzhou to the train station,  you can take a taxi and the cab fare is CNY 20 to 25.Then take high-speed train to arrive at Guangzhou South Railway Station. The duration is about 1.5 hours. There are many free shuttle bus from 09:30 to 18:30 that can take you to Guangzhou Chimelong. The frequency is about half an hour. After arriving, transfer to another free shuttle bus to the Safari Park.
