About:Harbin Ice and Snow World

We are planning on visiting Harbin on the 21st of March

Is there anything to see in the snow world or is it totally closed?

I am sorry that it is closed since March 1st, 2016. So you may go to see other places, such as Sun Island, Central Street, St. Sophia Church, Siberian Tiger Park, etc.
BTW, if you are going to see ice and snow. It's not the right time. You may make the trip another time from December to February.
