About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Japanese citizen living in Australia visiting China for work (less than 2 weeks)

Hi, I'm a Japanese national living under Permanent Resident visa category in Australia;
I need to go to PRC for work (Shenyang and Shanghai), duration is less than 2 weeks. Does anyone know if I need to apply for a China M-category business type or not? Many thanks!

Aiks, I don't think you should apply for the M type entry permit. As you are a Japanese citizen, you can enjoy the 15-day free entry policy. Remember that the 15-day period counts from the day on which you arrive.
