30 day visa for hong kong (indian citizen)

Our head office is in Hong Kong and we have branches in India. We are planning to send a group of 10 staff from our Hyderabad, Bangaluru and Delhi branches for internal training and experience at our main Head office hence how do we proceed to apply for an entry permit for the same in India and how long does it take to get it?

Dear, I think you can apply for a visit entry permit for them. You should first prepare the required materials including your passport and copy of its data page, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, proof of the financial support, transportation arrangement, and travel purpose to HK. Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy of PRC in India to apply for it. If the embassy processes the application on its own, it takes 4 working days; but if it is transferred to HK immigration department or you submit it to HK directly, 4 to 6 weeks are needed.
