Do I need a visa to go out while on a 10hours transit at the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport?

I am a Philippines passport holder visiting Hanoi transiting at the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport I have 10 hours to spend and I am keen to know whether I can go out of the airport without a visa. Appreciate your help on this.
