how to apply for Business visa for china

Hello Sir,
I need to travel to PRC for my business meeting with one of the chinese company regarding the order confirmation. Even though, I had been provided the invitation letter from the Chinese Company. Can you please let me know whats more required and how to apply further for the PRC M type. Because this is my first time travelling to PRC .

Sibte, all the required documents can be as follows:
1. Your passport and copy of its data page
2. The completed application form attached with a recently-taken passport-sized color photo
3. An invitation letter from a duly authorized unit
4. An invitation letter from your trade partner in PRC
5. A guarantee letter from your company
6. Recent 6-month bank statement
7. Round trip air tickets and hotel booking record

Sir, all your provided details are cleared. The only confusion that I am having is with point no. 3. Can you please make it more clear that what you mean by the duly authorized unit?

Sibte, a duly authorized unit refers to a Chinese Government agency. You should ask the inviting company in PRC to obtain the invitation letter from a duly authorized unit for you.
