is there any 'visa on arrival' at baiyun international airport ?

I need to have 2 entries, now I get only 1 entry visa. After going to Hongkong, I'll be back to GZ, can i apply for visa on arrival in the airport? Any information for these?Thank you for reply us.  Wiwik  from Singapore

Are you going to transfer from International to International (the third region) at CAN? Well, if the layover is within 72 hours, no visa is needed. Please note that you cannot apply for a VOA at CAN for regular trips.
