Calling a Shanghai taxi ahead of time

Hi
I would like to get a taxi from my hotel to the Pudong International Airport, arriving at the airport at about 5am. Can I call a cab the night before and arrange for an early(4:30am) pickup? Is it possible to do this online, my Chinese is not very good and I would hate for there to be a miscommunication.
