About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

How to obtain Police Records from China?

My husband has L and F visa category and at the same time he has a Residence Permit. It doesnt say much if he has a permanent resident because he only stays in Guandong Prov for a max of 7 mos then 3 months after each month. We seek help from his employer but they said that they couldnt find and of his registration information. Is there any possible way we can get a police records for his US IMMIGRATION requirement.
Thanks

You better check with the PSB that has issued the residence permit, they should normally be able to help you with that! but the only strange thing in your case is that, your husband theoretically cannot hold more than an entry permit or residence permit. Normally when the PSB or embassy issues an entry permit or residence permit, it cancels all the other types or permits that are perviously issued!

Thanks Arth. Originally before his L type expires they issue him a F type so he can stay a little bit longer (7 months). Since the F type is only valid for 90 days same thing before it expires and cancelled they gave him a residence permit. 2 months after issuing the residence permit he exited China and spent vacation in PH. When we seek help from his employer they said that they couldnt find my husband's registration information. Will he still be able to get pol clearance even if he is not registered? Thanks

If he didn't register with the police, I'm afraid it may be very difficult to get the police clearance.
