About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Obtaining Visa in person

Hi if we apply for it at the chinese consulate in sydney in person, will we get it on the same day? If not can it be posted back to us as we live 5 hours away?
My husband is nervous about sending passport in the mail.

Hi Mellisa, you can't get it on the same day. Even if you use the urgent service, it takes two working days for the processing. If you don't bother to go to the CVASC office, you can send your application documents to the office and have it send back your documents later.
